If your snoozi bottle is leaking, this may be due to the following reasons:

1. Milk powder residue in the seal:
   Ensure that all parts—especially the seals—are clean and dry before reassembling. 
   Residue can impair the seal.
2. Incorrect assembly:
   Check that all parts are correctly assembled. The sealing ring in particular must be seated correctly in the bottle base.
3. Tightened too much or too little:
   The lid should be closed “tightly, but not overtightened.” Tightening too much can distort the seals.
4. Damaged seal:
   If the silicone seal is damaged or worn, you can easily order replacement parts from us.
