We are very sorry to hear that you wish to cancel your order. If you have any questions or concerns about our products, please feel free to contact us using our contact form. 

Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to cancel your order once it has been paid for, as it is then automatically forwarded to our warehouse so that it can be delivered to you as quickly as possible. 

However, you can refuse delivery, in which case the order will be returned to us.
Of course, you can also test the snoozi for 30 nights and then return it to us without giving a reason. You can find all the information about cancellation here.
