Heating station:

The snoozi heating station comes with a 1-year warranty.

If it breaks during this period, simply contact us at [email protected] and we will send you a replacement free of charge.

Bottles:

Our bottles are considered wear parts and, like all baby bottles, are designed for a service life of approximately 3 months.

Therefore, there is no warranty claim.

However, if your bottle is defective right from the start, we will of course replace it free of charge. Just let us know!
